Whats up everybody! It's Matt Cama, Founder of Total Body Transformation Camp and today I'm going to share with you how to lose your belly fat in 6 easy steps. By following the simple steps outlined in this video you're going to find that you will have total clarity on exactly what you need to do to lose the belly fat you have.

Video Breakdown:

1:30 Focus on doing 90% compound exercises, 10% isolation exercises. You can structure your exercise session by doing 50 minutes of compound exercises and 10 minutes of isolation exercises.

5:20 Focus + Intensity = Results. Be present at the gym, block all distractions. Train at a high intensity to get the results you want.

8:00 Drink 2-3L of water per day. This is around 12-16 cups of water.

9:16 Have smaller portion sizes. Get a smaller plate.

10:38 Track your progress. Make sure you take body progression photos and take your measurements.

12:45 Recover and rest. Lower stress levels to lower your cortisol levels.
